Born and raised in Chautauqua County, Molly Arrance grew up in Kennedy and attended Falconer Central School. Her strong local roots and familiarity with the area give her a genuine appreciation for the communities she serves.

Alongside her real estate career, Molly works in healthcare as an X-ray technologist. Her experience caring for others has taught her the importance of listening, communicating clearly, and helping people feel comfortable—qualities she brings to every real estate transaction.

Molly looks forward to helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals and has a special interest in guiding first-time homebuyers through the process. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her fiancé and son and relaxing with their two dogs.
